Projet Aladdin

La Fabrication additive se révèle être une technologie habilitante de rupture avec un fort potentiel pour le secteur de la santé. S'il restait des doutes, la situation actuelle marqué par le Covid-19 les a levés montrant le potentiel, la flexibilité et l'agilité de cette technologie pour répondre à des situations critiques.
On peut s’interroger sur sa faible pénétration dans les hôpitaux. Il existe à cela des obstacles bien identifiés, l'un d'entre eux est le manque de connaissances et de compétences sur l'utilisation de cette technologie et des modèles organisationnels qui lui sont connexes. ALADDIN entend contribuer à cette intégration en développant un programme de formation spécifique sur la fabrication additive dans les hôpitaux (en tant que piliers du système de santé, ils auront un effet multiplicateur sur l'ensemble du secteur de santé) pour deux acteurs clés de la chaîne de valeur européenne des dispositifs médicaux de fabrication additive :
  • Les professionnels de santé travaillant dans les hôpitaux (médecins, chirurgiens, bioingénieurs, ...)
  • Des étudiants ingénieurs pour leur future intégration dans le secteur de la santé.

Développer une formation innovante sur la fabrication additive dans les hôpitaux.

Évaluer le programme de formation

Évaluer le programme de formation, le matériel et le contenu développés à travers des cours de formation pilotes.

Diffuser les résultats du projet

Diffuser les résultats du projet aux principales parties prenantes au niveau européen, environ 5000 parties prenantes.

Exploiter les résultats du projet

Exploiter les résultats du projet après la fin du projet.

Principaux résultats du projet Aladdin

Développement d’une méthodologie de formation et d’un guide pédagogique.
Développement d'une méthodologie de formation et d'un guide pédagogique fondé sur les spécificités des groupes cibles et adaptés aux besoins sectoriels de chaque pays, afin qu'ils soient faciles à gérer, flexibles, applicables et adaptés aux spécificités des stagiaires.
La méthodologie de formation sera centrée sur les lacunes de connaissances détectées dans les deux profils de professionnels (professionnels de santé et étudiants ingénieurs) en fonction de l'expérience des partenaires impliqués dans le consortium.
Développement de contenus de formation.
Développement de contenus de formation en coopération avec tous les partenaires du projet. Il se concentrera sur deux profils cibles différents.
Développement de la plateforme d’apprentissage en ligne.
Développement d'un outil d'apprentissage en ligne pour soutenir et structurer la mise en œuvre des cours de formation.
Activités de formations pilotes.
Des activités de formation pilotes seront exécutées sur chaque pays participant (Espagne, Irlande, Belgique)



Événements multiplicateurs.
Ces événements ont un double objectif. D'une part, présenter l'innovation pédagogique associée aux formations de développement. D'autre part, contribuer aux stratégies de diffusion et d'exploitation d'ALADDIN.

L'objectif de cette activité sera l'organisation d'un événement multiplicateur en Espagne. Cela impliquera, entre autres, la sélection du lieu, la conception et la planification de l'ordre du jour, la préparation du matériel et l'invitation des conférenciers et des participants.
